  2. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of purchase or arrival.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return or Exchange:

  • Start the Process: Contact us at thewildtigerboutique@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item. Please include your order number and reason for return so we can assist you quickly.
  • Prepare Your Item: Make sure your item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

  • Exchanges: Want a different size, color, or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns; just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll guide you.
  • Next Steps: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchanged item promptly.

Note: You’ll also get an email confirmation once your request has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
